QMonde has had a very exciting and productive year. QMonde has engaged in meaningful projects that our clients agree make a difference in society as well as add value to organisations we collaborate with.

In the UK, QMonde has focussed its support on health organisations, mainly primary care trusts and strategic health authorities:

·         QMonde provided public health and commissioning support to an Essex PCT in the development of its local obesity strategy and the procurement of its health trainer scheme in identified deprived communities.

·         QMonde completed a diagnostic of breast cancer, Chlamydia and diabetic retinopathy screening programmes across London for NHS London.

·         QMonde provided commissioning and programme management support to Inner North East London PCTs (City & Hackney, Newham, Tower Hamlets), Camden PCT and Islington PCT in consolidating commissioning and governance arrangements for cancer screening and cancer services.

Overseas, QMonde has focussed its support on federal government institutions or private consultancies working with federal or state level organisations:

·         QMonde developed the operational framework for an innovative scheme for free state access to healthcare for pregnant women and under 5s.

·         QMonde conducted an organisational review for a private sector IT consultancy with 70 employees in Abuja and developed options for the reconfiguration of the business advisory team.
